What Study Planner is

Study Planner is a lightweight web app for planning what to learn and when to learn it. It helps you break subjects into smaller tasks, track confidence over time, and turn intentions into realistic sessions on a daily or weekly schedule. The goal is a calm, distraction-free workflow: decide what matters, plan a small next action, then focus.

Main features

  • Subjects and tasks with notes and confidence tracking.
  • Focus sessions (Pomodoro-style) with study/break cycles and simple progress signals.
  • Daily schedule view for timeboxing and planning your “Today” list.
  • Calendar view for assignments/exams and longer-term planning.
  • Stundenplan (timetable) for recurring lessons and a consistent weekly rhythm.

How your data is stored

By default, your data is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). That means your subjects, tasks, notes, and settings stay on your device and you can keep using the app without creating an account. If you choose to register, you can enable optional cloud sync so your state can be restored on another device and recent snapshots can be used for recovery.

Quality and transparency

This website provides its own original content (documentation pages like this one, plus the Study Planner application). Navigation is available through the footer links and the in-app menus so visitors can easily reach the main app views as well as privacy, terms and support information. For details about data processing and advertising, see the privacy policy.

Get started

Open the app and create your first subject. Add a few tasks you want to complete, then pick one small item for today. Use the focus timer when you want a distraction-free session and the calendar/timetable pages when you plan your week. If you only want local storage, you can use Study Planner without signing in.
