How to reach us

Use the form below to contact the operator of this Study Planner instance. If you’re reporting a bug, please include the page you were on, steps to reproduce, and your browser/device. For account and privacy requests, include the email address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

Please do not send passwords or sensitive payment information. For security issues, describe the problem and the impact, and include enough technical detail to reproduce it safely. If you’re requesting deletion of account data, we may ask for additional confirmation to prevent unauthorized requests.

What we can help with

Typical requests include: login problems, sync and backup questions, bug reports for specific pages (board, calendar, timetable), and privacy questions about what data is stored locally versus synced to the server. If you include screenshots, please make sure they do not reveal private information you don’t want to share.

Response times depend on availability and time zone. If your request is urgent, add “URGENT” to the first line of your message and include a short summary so it can be triaged quickly. Messages are usually handled in English or German, depending on the operator.
